Hat Patch Studio Pro Privacy Policy

Hat Patch Studio Pro is developed and published by Facundo Colinet. This policy explains how the Android app accesses and handles information.

Information stored on your device

The app lets you choose or capture hat images, upload logo artwork, create mockups, save preview images, and enter customer and order details. Core design and order information remains on your device. The app does not create a Hat Patch Studio Pro user account.

Information you choose to share

When you use Android's share sheet or export features, you choose the receiving app or destination. Information sent to another app is governed by that app's privacy policy.

Google Play license and integrity verification

The Google Play version contacts Google Play and the Hat Patch Studio Pro verification service when the app starts. This prevents unauthorized access, sideloaded unpaid copies, modified app versions, and use in compromised device environments.

Google Play Integrity processes the request hash, app package name, version, signing certificate, Google Play license status for signed-in accounts, and device-attestation information. When optional environment protections are enabled, Google Play may also evaluate whether another app can capture or control the session and the device's Play Protect status. Google states that this information is encrypted, is not transferred to third parties, and is deleted after a fixed retention period.

The Hat Patch Studio Pro verification service receives the encrypted integrity token and sends it to Google for verification. It uses the returned verdict only for license and security enforcement. The app service does not store the integrity token or use verification information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Permissions

Camera access is used only when you choose the Camera Hat Photo feature. Internet access is used for Google Play license and integrity verification.

Advertising and sale of data

The app does not contain advertising SDKs. We do not sell user data.

Retention and deletion

Delete locally stored information by deleting exported images, clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app. Because the app does not create an online user account or store design and order data on its server, there is no server-side app account to delete.
